Please join Leadership Newark in congratulating one of our very own Fellows, Anthony Smith LN ’00, on being unanimously voted Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District by its Board of Directors. In his capacity as ED, he will continue fostering community relationships and strengthening funding partnerships to further the organization’s mission of driving various arts and cultural programming within the city of Newark. The President of LPCCD’s Board of Directors, Dr. Theresa Marshall, comments “Anthony carries the flame for our mission and vision. He has the institutional knowledge and local and national relationships necessary to actualize the next phase in the neighborhood’s development.”
